Poem – What Happens?

What happens when the people become a tower?
What happens when they have had enough?
What happens when the people become a shower?
And decide to roll up their cuffs?

The storm is coming because you can hear the roar.
The feminine is coming to tear down the walls.
The women of the world know what they stand for.
They refuse to go back in the box and just be dolls.

What happens when the women decide to take power?
What will happen … is that the world with change.
What happens when the people take some off their ivory tower?
And demand their fair exchange?

I will tell you what will happen.
Many will shake with fear.
That is because hate awoke the feminine dragon.
And women have now picked up a spear.

That spear is the power of truth when it moves from the heart.
The Goddesses of light have lit the flame.
They intend to topple those who tried to tear us apart.
They are back and step into their place to proclaim.

What happens when the women take power?
The world becomes more fair and at peace.
That is because women know that hate can devourer.
And it is time for all war to cease.

Stand in the footsteps of those women that knew they deserved equal rights.
Stand with the women that were beaten down by religion.
Stand up for the women still trying to see their lights.
Stand up for the women still trapped in the kitchen.

Together we stand and united we are.
A people with one heart that knows what is right.
And a woman will lead us with a democratic blue star.
Because now we know it is time to fight.

Those that think we are weak are going to be surprised.
Those that do not believe what is coming will learn.
Those that hate can no longer be disguised.
Because blinded eyes can never discern.
