Quote – Neutrality is not Passivism
Some people see neutrality,
as a type of passivism.
But it is not.
To be passive, one turns
a blind eye to what is happening.
They are choosing to ignore
and thus avoid conflict.
When one is neutral,
we see everything,
but make a conscious choice
to be a watcher,
to stand in the middle,
to observe the patterns unfolding,
and to do what brings more balance
rather than make choices
that escalate problems into generating
greater and more dangerous conflict.
