2 + 1 = 3

Today we enter into a Positive Mindset. The number 3 is the trinity. The process whereby we move out of the dualistic nature of the mind and expand our perceptual bubbles to include others. When we expand beyond our own thought and experiences, we learn that there is a much bigger and broader world out there than we could have ever perceived.

The only way we learn is to include more insight and possibilities. Thinking at any point in time that we have all the answers … is the indication of an immature mind. The greater the wisdom the more open a person is and the more they can listen.

Today, look around and intend to stay open and allow the mind to not screen for information that is validating but to screen for information that expands and excites the soul.

Learn to let others in and learn that in moments it is freeing to not have all the answers. Saying that you just don’t know … is a perfect way to begin this day.

Trust that the answers that need to come your way will arrive when you need them. Just remember that truth is a constantly evolving process. What was true for the mind and emotions of a 5-year-old rarely holds true when we are 40.

We are here to understand that nothing in this world ever stays the same. While the essence in our soul is a beautiful constant, we are also human and the human experience will throw at us endless lessons for us to learn skills, and to gain more insight and wisdom.
