Today, we would like a more friendly and intelligent conversation to begin. While with many … that may not be possible, seek out those that are willing and able to move towards unity over discord. Friendships and connection matter. To find happiness perhaps we can move more towards the center rather than continue to cultivate the extremes.

Life really can only go forward. Going backward never works for long. That is because change is necessary for our evolution and for our mind to understand new situations and learn to solve new problems.

We are here to move more towards joy. After all, flowers explode in the spring with joy. They feel the increasing warmth and reach up towards that love and light that is being so freely offered.

We are a part of nature, and we also reach up for the goodness that is being offered. Notice what is coming your way and be grateful. Let go of thinking that you do not have anything or that you don’t have enough. Recognize that right now, in this lifetime, you have a better house than in any other lifetime. You are healthier than in other lifetimes. And you have been given more opportunities than in other lifetimes.

Life is a process of stretching towards those good things and in recognizing that the bad cannot last forever.

Today feels like a fresh start. One that will allow you to see yourself in the bigger picture. One that has potential yet to uncover.
