Astrology for May 17, 2025

The Moon in Capricorn requires us to move with more caution and care. Order and structure matters. This is a time to be sensible and not reactive. Watch, wait, and listen. That is the best way to handle this moment.

Uranus and the Sun line up and then will form a semi-square with Venus. Having been more born in the Sun/Uranus conjunction, I know that this is a moment of change. Expect things to not go according to plan. Know that some new directions are preparing to take us to a very new place. Uranus loves freedom and know that to gain freedom we often have to go through something big. For each person that will feel different and impact us in various ways. Just know that this is a moment to stay as flexible as possible. Risks will arise when you least expect it. Powerful forces are at work, and we are going to have to learn to adapt with this changing environment. The lesson is to let go. Surrender up your old attachments and to break free of what has been limiting you.

Things that used to be so important … now just do not seem so. What we want and what we need are clearly very different. What matters is our ability to evolve and move from our personal potential.

Rules imposed by idiots seem to not matter at all. And we are instinctually going to challenge everything that is unfair and that causes harm to others.

As that unfolds over the next few years, those in power may feel threatened and try to add more layers of suppression on the masses. But such things never work for long. Already there is a terrible restlessness and discontent that is beginning to boil. It will eventually boil over.

So much unpredictability is destined to make things exciting, but it is important to not act on a whim.

We are in a place where we are desperate to give our soul what it needs but there is also a part of this astrology causing delays and so just know it is not about praying to some infinite God. It is about knowing that things have their own timing and flow. And sometimes we have to wait on the will of greater forces that have clearer wisdom than ourselves.

Mercury and Mars will square and don’t think that this is a moment to skip a step. Being impatient will only add to the stress of the current situations. Besides it can make others resist you even more. Impatience will only cause us to be less effective.
