Astrology for 1/19/2024

The Moon in Taurus tries to keep our emotions in a more even keel. Which may be a challenge because of the impending shift of Pluto out of Capricorn into Aquarius tomorrow. There is a powerful shift in the wind direction and today, many will want to hunker down and go for what is safe and familiar.
Mercury will trine with Jupiter and we may experience some confusion and uncertainty as we realize that we will not get our needs and wants exactly as we requested. That should not really be a surprise, but it can be difficult to sort out what might be necessary and what is just fluff trying to distract us or pull us off course. There is a good chance that we are not seeing things as clearly as might be necessary. Disappointments will arise if we keep our heads in the clouds.
My recommendation is to not spend money on big things today. Our judgement is not sound, and we are trying to make ourselves feel better by bringing more material things in to fill up the holes in our soul.
Pleasurable things are highly attractive but not really necessary in this moment. It is also possible that you are too close to a situation to be objective.
That frustration you might be feeling could be a clue that your idealism has gotten out of hand.
