Astrology for 4/14/2024

The Moon in Cancer is comforting as we have the last springtime rains before it gets sunny and warm next week. So grateful for all the rain that has slated the thirst of Northern California. It allows the soul to relax and to find comfort because the strain on the land eases up a bit. The rains are even more protective with this Cancer Moon, and it allows the natural order to fall more into place comfortably. We all breathe a sigh of relief, and we are feeling once again more as if we belong.
Mercury and Jupiter will semi-sextile and yet, there are certain ideas that are thrust in our direction and seem to want to make us second guess ourselves. But there is a renewing bounce in our step, and we seem to recover more quickly from the projections of others.
We want to have a strong feeling of being wanted and needed but little things will still go wrong under this Mercury Retrograde. While they may feel as if they are pulling us off the path, it might just be what is needed for some other “next steps” that we cannot yet see. We may not think we are getting our needs met but we are going to learn something essential along the way.
The focus should be on finding how to detox the stress and calm down in ways that are essential for our long-term health. We want to be independent, but the truth is we also might need some help. See who is available and let who is available support this next phase if they are willing.
