Astrology for 4/16/2024

The Moon in Leo feels engaging and has a joyful attitude. Seems we feel as if progress is happening and the engagement with others is more authentic, real, and inviting today. While that might be an illusion, for the moment it feels good, and we invite this type of expressions into our lives.
The world continues to stand at the edges of many knives and even with this lovely warm and generous Moon, we know we have a long way to go to find global peace, but we are willing to try. We do not have to be blind to be happy. We can recognize where the world sits and make a conscious choice to be as kind and loving as possible regardless. Those that continue to choose separation and hate will only make their own lives heavy with karma and fester with the infections of discord and misery. While we cannot stop anyone from their choices, we can recognize that we can choose something else entirely.
Ceres (an asteroid) and Mars sextile and this gives us a bit more energy to do what is requires. Attitude matters and we are feeling internally encouraged even though the world seems to want to tear a hole in our hearts. For the moment … focus on the tasks at hand that promote joy and good tidings. We are here to spread love in many ways, and we are more ready willing and able today to give more love a try.
Focus on family and the domestic things that allow for others to be connected to you in heart and soul.
Be willing to defend those that do good and be more ready to speak up to those that wield hate as a weapon against all forms of life.
Venus and Pluto will quintile and we are looking for new ways to deal with our money so that we can be supportive of others while being responsible for ourselves.
