Astrology for April 13, 2025

The Moon shifts out of Libra this morning and into the intense sign of Scorpio. We feel as if we are on a seesaw that just cannot seem to find that middle ground.

Middle ground will have to wait for another moment and the power that lies hidden in the sign of Scorpio will now passionately move forward to reveal even more. It is with courage that we face the revelations of the God of the Underworld. We are here to bear witness to that darker potential that is within every soul. Only by seeing the darkness can we honestly and with honor choose to embrace the light.

Pluto and Ceres will come into a minor square and many things can become agitated and irritating. Notice if you are doing things that actively push others away. Perhaps it is time to own that some endings are difficult and that we cannot live this life without experiencing various forms of rejection.

But it is in those moments that our true colors show themselves. When we are not getting what we want, do you revert to trying to manipulate others or are you willing to breathe and let people go without needing an apology or an acknowledgement?

Freedom always has a cost.

Freedom is the force that can ask everything of us. Most of all, it will ask us to give up things that we used to hold as precious and dear.

Today, the choice is to let go of what our ego demands that we deserve. And instead embrace the freedom to walk away without needing anything at all. That is true freedom. We are free when we choose our own autonomy over what our puny human self wants.

To take the high road … one is most often alone.
To claim freedom … one must release the desire to carry others with us.
To transcend this reality … we require ourselves to fully see the moment and do what is necessary rather than what is expected of us.
