Astrology for January 3, 2025

This morning the Moon will go into the emotional and deeply intuitive sign of Pisces. Feelings seem more on the surface and small things may feel large and impact our heart and soul deeply.

On many levels this can feel like a hard day. Perhaps it is just getting back into the swing of normal life after the holidays. Perhaps it is this feeling of uncertainty that keeps invading our subconsciousness. Or perhaps it is the quincunxes unfolding today between Mars and Venus, and Uranus and Mercury.

With the God of War and the Goddess of Love at odds pulling on us it makes us feel uncertain and not know which way to move. With Uranus (the Disrupter) and Mercury (the God of Communication, Intellect, and Trickery) finding a clear path through the chaos of the mind is even more challenging. It feels complicated to express what we are feeling, and we feel as if our timing is just not working well. Then there is the factor that any choice just does not seem very good or satisfying currently. Thank goodness this is only a temporary blip on the astrological screen.

But while it is happening, it is good to not make any grand decisions or to do things thinking it will fix how you are feeling. This cosmic combination makes us feel off our center and as if we are creating misunderstandings when we really just wanted to create more connection.

Try to not take everything so personally. Expect that others are unable to clearly communicate what they are feeling ,,, and give everyone a bit of wiggle room that does not include you leaping down their throats.

Fortunately, we find a better flow to this river and things seem to move in a better and more peaceful way by the end of the day.
