Numerology/Astrology for 2/17/20

2/17/20 is the number 4. If you add the 2 + 1 + 7 + 2 + 0 + 2 + 0 = 14. 1 + 4 = 5.

More and more, the reflection of the number 5 points to the suffering that is happening on the earth. It is essential that we have those in positions of power to protect this precious world in which we live. All things can co-exist but we have to learn that balance is the key to all things. Without a living balance in life there is only suffering. We have the tools and capacity to change this beautiful world out of the extreme places that harm everyone but we must do it together. The voice of all of us needs to be heard before it is too late to save certain creatures, landmarks, and ecosystems. Do what you can to help this world. I plant redwood trees on my property. You can also do something every month to change this world out of such horror and into something that we remember and can recognize.

Astrology Today

The Moon stays in Sagittarius, opening you to new thoughts, ideas, and helping you discover, learn, and explore your world with new insights. Let the spontaneity encourage rather than discourage your movements.

It might be easier to get going and to move into things that break up your routine.

Just know that if you have been holding onto dreams that are not based in a grounded perspective you might see the hopelessness of the situation and feel a bit down because of the Moon squaring Neptune.

Mercury/Mars connection brings interesting thoughts and can help you solve a present dilemma in a very new way.

While this is not a remarkable day, it is a day where your imbalances become more noticeable and if you are allowing your intellect to weaken your instinctual life, you may feel more nervous and afraid. It is our right brain and our intuitive mind that can allow us to find those illusive answers that the mind cannot rationalize out.

Quote

“From whence shall we expect
the approach of danger?
Shall some trans-Atlantic military giant
step the earth and crush us at a blow?
Never.
All the armies of Europe and Asia …
could not by force take a drink
from the Ohio River or make a track on the Blue Ridge
in the trial of a thousand years.
No, if destruction be our lot
we must ourselves be its author and finisher.
As a nation of free men,
we will live forever or die by suicide.”

We live and breathe by a precious gift from the Divine.
Do we notice the destruction happening all around?
Do we do something about it?
There is risk in all rescue.
There is toil in confronting all terrible things.
There is the horrible realization of terrible loss
when greed intends to tear apart ecosystems.
There are things that cannot be replaced.
There are things that once they end, never return.
We have watched it happen over and over again.
We have listened to the stories of history and
wondered how a group could sit back and allow
terrible things to happen repeatedly.
And now we are witnessing it in our own world and time.
There is so much that needs to happen in order for
this enormous shift in consciousness to happen.
Will we make it in time?
Honestly, it is doubtful.
A great loss is coming one way or the other.
There are not enough of those in power that
care beyond their own pocketbooks.
We cannot stop this train in time
for it to not go off the rails.
So get ready!
Hang on tight?
We are about to be airborne.
For those that survive the fall,
know that you have been chosen to lead
the rest into the healing of this world.
I salute you and send you all my energy

to support this transition.
Many of us will not be here to help in that healing
because we came to warn and try to stop what
was about to happen.
And we did try.
And in some ways we failed.
But the only real failure is
not speaking up against tyranny.
I believe in the goodness that is possible.
I believe that we are stewards of this world.
I believe if we fail at this then we do not deserve
to live in this beautiful place and this world will kick us out.
And then that was what was supposed to be.
Sometimes we only learn through loss.
