“Poo-Tin” and the Breakdown of a Man and His Country

I am sure that everyone is looking at a particular chart of a powerful man that is decimating Ukraine right now.

I too have looked at it in detail.

I do not pretend to be the best or the brightest astrologer, but I am adept at some level of understanding and I will share that with you …  the best of my ability. I will try to keep the astrology jargon to a minimum for those that get overwhelmed by all the angles and aspects, signs, houses, and asteroids.

I would like to start with the obvious truth that there are those that have powerful charts that protect them even when they do great evil. There are those that have challenging charts that take that incentive and do great things with it for the world.

I say that because there is always a choice. Our choice! And those choices are critical to how a soul manifests the patterns that are intrinsic to their personality and behavior.

A chart is just a map. But that map is not the whole story. It is a configuration of situations that shape a person and mold them into the person that they have activated within as their personal priority for what they want to achieve in this world.

Some people embrace the lessons of this life’s current chart.

Some, (like this man) go against all the hints and supports given to him by his chart to make a shift away from ego and power-mongering.

It is a great lesson and reminder that we are in a free will zone and we do have choice. And those choices have consequences and will take us either towards awakening or deeper into karmic suffering.

Getting to the basics and beyond of this char

While he has a Sun in Libra, in the house of Community, this is a person who will always feel alone regardless of who is around him. And it is close enough to the 12^th House of Hidden Karma that it indicates that there is always a lot going on that is hidden from view because he has three planets sitting also in that house. There is a lot that we do not know about him, nor will we ever know.

And that is the way he likes it.

His Scorpio Ascendant makes him incredibly secretive and underhanded in his approaches and tactics. Born with an obsessive nature, his chart was asking him to let go of an empty need for recognition and status. Something that he clearly has not let go of … at all … and has in fact, locked onto in massively powerful and greedy ways.

He is going against the advice of his chart and that is how one manifests tremendous karma that can and will eventually tear him down.

He likes action. He likes to have control over the story line and will manipulate everyone to get his needs and desires met.

He loves the process of destruction without consequence.
He loves to choke the life out of the people and then woo them to his storyline.
He is a master manipulator and enjoys watching the world squirm and worry.
It is the pattern of a clearly sociopathic tendency because he loves to be the master of chaos.
That is how he controls through fear and hopelessness.

We watched him level the cities of the Crimea. We watched him level the cities in Syria.

Have no doubt that this is his intention also in Ukraine.

His wounding is shown in the placement of Chiron in Capricorn in this 3^rd House. While his sees himself a genius, (which in very scary ways … he is) he is also trapped by a mind that is chaotic by nature and breaks when the storyline he is feeding the populace does not go in the intended direction.

And that takes us to this moment. He thinks he knows human nature. He thinks he understands how to control others.

But while he can control half the people in his country with his building of parks and bringing more money and luxuries into the country, there are those that understand the more modern world and understand how to get information that is prohibited. They are younger, smarter, and more technology driven. They are not buying old narrative, or the propaganda being shoveled at them for a half-century.

He does not understand the level of resistance happening to his current plan and actions. This causes him to think in ways that are reactive and dangerous. While he wants to understand, currently he is turning events into an obsession from the pressure that he is creating.

He hates being wrong. It makes him very nervous and worried. He is not well adjusted to self-doubt. He surrounds himself with those that reassure him and admire his abilities. But he is deeply insecure and when tested will turn to torment and offensive actions to hide what he is feeling.

Do not doubt that he will try to punish all involved.

Recognize that he intends to take back all the countries that were the prior USSR.

He has no intention to stop with Ukraine.

The Pluto Return heralds endings. And exactly what that entails … will still be unfolding.

Have no doubt that his chart has great charm when he wants to use it. But his deeper self is always hidden, watching, and calculating. He loves to present an idea and then watch all the mice struggle and squirm. I do not believe many really know who he is. That he keeps in a locked safe … deep inside.

We can still see what is swirling inside because it leaks outside and into the paints that he chooses, as he colors the canvases that
he is creating in blood.

His need for recognition and power is his drug of choice and to have everyone watching him, second-guessing him, afraid of him is a tremendous high.

The leader of the Ukraine is not afraid of him and that is really going to stick in his craw. He wants to make Ukraine collapse and fall on its own sword to save the country. But I do not think that is the legacy of Ukraine’s leader. That leader knows this tyrant better than most. And he knows his history in relationship to Russia. And it reminds him that there was never any mercy that was ever shown to Ukraine. So, he does not expect it

This tyrant feeds off the world reacting in terror to his destructive power. He loves that no one is really doing anything.

Power is at the core of the meaning of his existence. And yet, this life was to try something … anything else. But the intoxicating lure of power is something that was denied him in another life and now he intends to get more than he lost from that moment. He also was hurt terribly at a young age (in this life) and is protecting something that cut very deeply.

This causes him to have a great deal of conviction when he makes a choice. And that is dangerous. He has the mindset of a fighter. He sees himself as a master puppeteer of mankind under the guise of a philosopher.

Negotiation is futile with his personality. He will not negotiate. He must win every argument. He will not give up or give in. His intention is to twist truth and manipulate behind the scenes to get what he wants. Others give up to him. Not the other way around.

This is how I know that cyber attacks are coming soon. He is an information junkie. He is a collector of the patterns of information that lead to doorways that allow him access to destroy companies, countries, and ideologies from the inside out.

He has been doing it to us for generations. And in the last decade had great opportunities to gain even more access through the undermining of truth and faith in our democracy.

He believes in Nothing. There is no god. He thinks such things are for the weak-minded. If there is a god … it is him.

He sees himself as “risen”. His chart indicates huge challenges early on. In his mind, he has risen from poverty, lack, and trauma.

He is classically an abused person that has turned into the abuser. He is not ever drawn to forgiveness. Nor will he ever forget a person who wrongs him.

Have no doubt that he is feeling wronged and his chart will tear down a country and make it rubble to make his point.

And that brings me to a critical point in his chart. The Saturn opposition to his natal Pluto in Leo in his 10^th House of Career. While he needs to have the power, he does not realize that Saturn is just the warning shot over the bow of his boat. Because Pluto is on the way. And it is going into opposition to his natal Pluto, starting in 2023. And Saturn is crossing his North Node in Aquarius in this 3^rd House of Communication.

We have already seen some of this.
He miscalculated that he could just walk into Ukraine and take it. He did not know that the US had tools that were far superior to what he realized and that we would warn the NATO countries.

While no one really wanted to listen to us, at least we tried.

He did not realize that Elon Musk would give satellite internet and phones away to the Ukrainians to help them in their defense.
He is being hit with the lessons of his North Node that he refused to learn.

Unpredictability has taken him by surprise, and he is now not being allowed access to his old life.

Arrogance has flustered his cool and calm demeanor.

Power is a difficult thing to consistently hold onto. It is like sand that will slip through one’s fingers. And the tighter one holds to the sand the more sand slips out. He is grasping for more than he can hold.

Pluto likes to make things final. And this is that final curtain call for his chart. While he may always have some money and power from that money, he will not have the illusion of reputation and glory. He will be known for the evil he holds inside.

From March of this year through December 2022, the opportunities that seemed available to him disappear. His actions continue to be restricted. More and more restrictions appear and all the advances he accrued will come to nothing. He will not be able to have his accustomed comforts and he will take a financial hit. He inability to predict the level of upset that his actions have caused show him that the rest of the world is not under his thumb, nor does he have the control over populations that he has manufactured in his own country.

The level of adversity that is coming his way was something that he really did not see coming.

These shifts into the Aquarian Age will impact his 1^st House of Self (in Scorpio) and his Scorpio Ascendant. Meaning that how the world views him and how he must finally see himself is going to radically change.

This New Aquarian Age also impacts his 7^th House of Hidden Enemies. And with Uranus in Taurus, those enemies will increase and become unpredictable and reveal the many challenges that he will have to endure going forward. Contracts and agreements will evaporate, and previous allies will remove themselves. Contentious situations will plague him for the next 4 plus years and the power struggles will be very real and endure.

Seven years ago, he attacked and leveled the cities in Crimea. Then annexed the Crimean Peninsula … illegally. It was supposed to continue to belong to Ukraine. (That was in a Treaty) He broke that treaty with complete disregard and distain.

He expected that same thing to happen so he could take over all of Ukraine and then continue to the other eastern European countries.

His chart indicates that he would be tested here. And if he failed then he was to abandon the effort because if he tried again, there would be far more trouble. He clearly chose the trouble!

Currently, he is tremendously agitated and restless. Many personal relationships will change and even where he lives will change. Anyone who tries to tell him anything other than what he wants to hear is in jeopardy. He will eliminate those that go against him. He risks exposing himself because he can act with blind frustration.

His fallback is to his intellect. But his ego controls that place and he refuses to let his dreams be denied. He will become more and more isolated. Life is not going to be fun, and he is not getting his normal clarity through his sociopathic detachment.

Consequences come calling. This is a crucial period in his chart. He will get nowhere and not accomplish his goal.

This year is one of the most difficult years in his life.

Defeat is taunting him.

Neglect will look back at him with the hollow and haunting eyes of his people starving.
