Astrology for 2023 – Mars comes out of retrograde

Mars goes out of retrograde on January 12, 2023. Stuck in Gemini, where it has been not giving us the energy to get certain things in gear. It will finally seem to make a command decision and get this train moving.
Mars will move forward in the sign of Gemini and will be there until March 26^th. But just the forward motion of Mars will give us the necessary energy to make things happen that have been so difficult to get the world motivated to do. Seems all things need to start with us.
Mars is a deeply personal inner planet. The planets closest to us tend to push us in more rapid and efficient ways. (Outer planets have longer lasting shifts that take time to manifest.)
Mars will be in Gemini for 7 months and that is a very long time to dance with the God of War. But the mutability of Gemini gives us the energy to change our reality, open ideas for writing and creative expression, inspire art and music, and force us to really address the false beliefs that have been making us miserable. Gemini loves changes and it has given us the insight that our old pattern is boring and has not allowed us to embrace opportunities as they have arisen.

As it moves forward, it will seem as if there is an ability to wipe the slate clean, without feelings of regret or fear of doing things incorrectly.

What is clear is that there is a mountain to climb but at least after January 12^th, we will have a new way to deal with it, a fresh approach, and some very new strategies.

This just sets the very big ball (of change) rolling in the right direction, because on March 8^th, Saturn will move out of Aquarius and into Pisces and Pluto will move out of Capricorn and into Aquarius.
