Dancing is a Metaphor for Life

Dancing is more than an action.
It is a metaphor for a life.
I have been blessed to learn that all lives have their own rhythm, flow, and harmonize with the energies that surround it.

All people that I engage with … either verbally, energetically, or physically, blend with my own flows and then those “dances” alter and become something new. That opens doors that (hopefully) allow me to explore areas of my reality that might have been previously untapped.
Each encounter is a potential gift into an insight of a type of flow and dance that could awaken parts … unknown to me … inside.
Do you know the sounds that your soul makes as it moves through time and space? Do you fully embrace the encounters with others that come into your energy field, or do you reject what seems to be showing you another way or path?

The challenge comes in when someone’s soul frequency is distorted by trauma, wounding, false beliefs, and ideals, or they are carrying deep wounds from past lives into this one and that heavy karma colors their projections so strongly that their authentic self cannot be accessed and honorably blended with.
I have tried in my life to figure out how to flow with others.
I have tried to dance with rhythms that were not natural for me.
I have danced with others and allowed myself to look ridiculous in my attempts to come into alignment with many various rhythms.

And each one taught me a lot.

I am a better person for the attempts.

Then there are the moments where some egos intend to drag you into their dance to make themselves have value.

That is a pattern that does not work.

That is when I stand back and watch from a distance and wait for them to see that the distortion that they believe is their authentic self … isn’t.

My goal in life is authentic connection with others from a place that is real, honest, deep, and unencumbered by attachments.
I have learned that being a beacon of positive action and intention allows others to open. Being negative creates the energy of contraction and when contraction happens for long periods of time, it creates pinholes in their aura that then makes them vulnerable to attack by darker forces.

But when one is positive and authentic, when one chooses to believe in oneself … even when life pummels our aura and causes dents and some holes in that aura, the love we carry inside (that we own), oozes out and instantly fills those holes and does not allow darker energies to attach and feed off of us.
Negativity attracts negativity.

Positivity attracts those that are positive but also those that long to have a pathway into that positive flow.

Let others in if you feel their pure heart that is more on the surface.
Being authentic does not mean that we were never wounded or damaged. It just means that we have learned to embrace all of this life’s experiences and have decided that hiding the truth of who we are is not the path towards healing. Healing comes when those disowned parts are fully loved and integrated and we make a decision to not let them be disowned any longer. Because we recognize that disowned parts end up sabotaging us instead of honorably informing us.

Healing says that I own and accept what I have gone through and who I am. But that I will not choose to allow my wounding to control my life or dictate my actions or choices.
