10/19/2022 is the number 17.

1 + 0 + 1 + 9 + 2 + 0 + 2 + 2 = 17.

If you add 1 + 7 = 8.

When the number 8 shows up, we have to pause and take a hard look at those places within that still feel wounded and separate from our conscious self.
We are here to learn to love all the parts within that have not just experienced joy … but also those places that still hold trauma and do not have resolution.
It is those places that we have hidden from ourselves that need to have us pay attention.
While we want to remember only the good, it is those darker parts that require us to really listen and to understand.
The process of grief never ends quickly. It is often so overwhelming that we must work through them … a bit at a time, so we do not overwhelm our psyche.

Brains need to keep us doing our normal day. Brains need us to move forward and not get trapped in the past.
But avoidance will lock us into past loops that manifest in our mind and those loops will stop our effectiveness in the outer world if we remain unaware.
Today, remember that awareness is the key. Notice the loops that keep repeating in your life and begin the search to uncover that which we had previously hidden because (in that moment) we could not completely cope emotionally with certain things.

Forgive yourself, forgive others, and make the intention to become more aware, even if that is an uncomfortable choice.

Astrology for Today 10/19/2022

The Moon in Leo invites warmth and compassionate concern for a world struggling to cope with the massive issues that are arising.

The Sun in Libra will square Pluto at the last degrees of Capricorn. Pluto in this position is serious and attached. It is in the process of supporting each of us to let go of those things that we used to feel that we understood.
But now, we see those places that we are deeply rooted and attached to a thing or a person. We now see that under it all … is fear. And we can more clearly see where our connections to relationships may be not aligning with our earthly ambitions, purpose, and goals.
Watch for issues that pull on us in financial ways that cause more fear and concern.
Do not put trust in those that promise the Moon. After all, they do not control the Moon or the dreams that we carry. It is up to us to do what is necessary to succeed. There are no shortcuts in life. That is why today, look at that inner power that will build confidence. Notice those that are superficial and obviously manipulating others and feeding off the fear that they are intentionally constructing to divide this world.

Keep letting go of the old areas that cause us to clinch and contract. There are many that feel as if most things and people cannot be trusted. While that may be true, it is not a way to live that promotes a healthy body, mind, or spirit.

We are in the clutches of a Chiron/Mercury opposition and that makes all choices seem questionable.

Don’t overstate anything or any situation. Look to where there are weak links in a situation.
Things will not go as planned. But pay attention to what really matters.
