The number 5 asks us to look at the wounds we still carry and to see how our challenges in life shape us in ways that point us in directions that we have found we often needed but did not receive. Then one of the gifts we give to this world is what we were not offered. We learned the value of those things that we actually required but somehow had to discover on our own. But now, we freely offer them to others and in giving back … we can then heal our own inner suffering. Because of being aware of the needs of others, our inner child learns to trust our inner adult and then there is a coming together of both and we become the healer we never had.

This is a number of grounding and seeking those tools that allow us to find stability in a chaotic world. There are many necessary steps in life that cannot be skipped. Without those pieces in the proper place or in the proper order, certain things in life wobble on an unstable foundation and that can make us insecure and fearful.

Today, notice if you have any destructive patterns that are done in a desperate desire to escape the reality or to have a moment of pleasure in a life that seems filled with more problems that peace.

Greed will never fill the emptiness within a soul.

While certain tools can create short-cuts towards awareness and awakening, they are insufficient to be able to maintain high states of consciousness.

Astrology for Today 10/25/2022

The Moon deepens us in the complicated and emotionally intense sign of Scorpio. Perfect for setting the mood and tone for “All Hallows Eve”.

Adding to the dramatic flair … we also have a solar eclipse early in the morning in Scorpio. Those that are sensitive to the eclipse energy, remember to take care of yourself and to allow the stars to shift you in the flow of the great river of life.
This eclipse will be in opposition to Uranus in Taurus and square to the Saturn in Aquarius. Such a setup is bound to be as dramatic as it is catastrophic. And I do not pick those words carelessly.
The force of such things is bound to make things seem to go out of control. The emotional burdens that are on our shoulders can make some want to do things that may be highly destructive rather than insightful and instructive.
There are things that we now need and require. We can see and feel those things that hold us down, keep us trapped in dysfunction, and stop us from finding what we truly want.
Now is the time for major and important changes. Souls demand a better material and spiritual balance.

Neptune and Mercury will quincunx and that is another element that causes uncertainty and confusion.

Remember, that we are all in the flow of a powerful eclipse pattern and that we are now in a kayak going down a Class 6 river. Stay alert, know that you do not know what is around the bend, listen with your intuitive skills, trust the flow of water, don’t panic, and allow what is to carry you through the difficult passages.
