After all, we are spiritual beings … that have embodied within this density to have an experience … here and now.

Life is associated with breathing in.
Death is associated with breathing out … with that final breath.

Both represent the upper and lower circles within the number 8. We breathe in life, and we breathe out the toxins that accumulate within the body. It is essential to sustain a body while we work within this reality.

Today … remember to breathe.
Remember to let go of those things that are toxic to our system.
Embrace as much life as we can while we have this particular DNA.
Rely on our ancestors to help us in this powerful earth walk.
Know that you are not alone.
Life and death are just a breath apart.
That space that is between an inhale and an exhale are those liminal places that project our energy into this density and that is how we learn to make our dreams into a reality.

Astrology for Today 10/28/2022

The Moon brightens our mood as it moves through Sagittarius. This sign values those that want to learn, read, and expand their experiences. The flows of energy angle towards a more jovial and optimistic approach to life.

Then Jupiter (which is in retrograde) backs up into Pisces and that is a lovely place for it to be. It allows us to have more compassion for our own journey and inspires intuitive connections giving us a bridge between this world and our ancestors.

I have found that when we embrace a rich life filled with wonder and delight, the universe also helps us attract more luck into our lives. This is not about things coming for no reason. It is natural for our desires to reach out and discover something new. When we do that … a feeling deep inside instinctively calls on special angels to protect us and give us what we need to continue along that exciting path.

Today, be charitable to others, help those that need it and those that touch some part of your soul. Reach out and find what your heart needs and wants.
Know that the tools of escapism are not the answer. Look towards a deeper understanding and knowing of when we are being deceptive and when we are being self-deceptive.

If you notice that sense of instability, insecurity, and a discontent in your life, make a choice today to be more willing to face what is arising.

This Jupiter gives us that energy that can make us more luck … through the 20^th of December.
