8/8/2022 is the number 22.

8 + 8 + 2 + 0 + 2 + 2 = 22.

Then we can add the 2 + 2 to get the number 4.

The number 4 is the number of the Spiritual Wanderer. It is that place when we recognize that what we have is not what will give us peace and contentment. In that flash of awareness, that is the moment that we step into becoming a seeker.

Each person must seek something different. But we all seek to know ourselves and our place in this world.
Without balance we cannot create a life filled with the sounds of love and music. Without balance we cannot become a beacon of self-actualization that can inspire others to reach out of their known and into the magic and wonder that they really are.

To find balance we have to allow things to slow down.
Desperation is an indication of a soul not at peace and one that has allowed fear to dictate their actions rather than those actions to be inspired by love.

Peaceful souls have skills in communication that soothe others. While some may soothe others through words. Others can do the same through actions, or pure grounded presence.
This number asks us to notice when we need to speak up and when we need to become more aware to listen.
Listening does not require us to agree with another. It requires us to be fully present with them.
Compromise arises from a calm place of understanding where another is coming from and recognizing that another’s need is important enough that our actions can soften and our choices can become more flexible.

Astrology for Today

The Moon completes its movement through the adventurous sign of Sagittarius this afternoon. Then it will continue into the more serious sign of Capricorn.

Before it goes … give yourself a moment to wander and wonder. Because later in the day more focus will be required and put us into a more orderly stance.
The Sun and Chiron will trine and help us move from one potential to another. Growth comes in waves as we seek to be better and embrace the courage to let past things go.

It is not about determining who is correct. It only matters where egos get in the way of real connection and progress to make this world a better place.
Recognize chance encounters that are the universes way to check to see if we are ready to let another thing go.

Respect others and life will respect you back. Notice I did not say humanity will always respect you back … but life, nature, animals, and plants will.
Pluto and Venus will oppose, and this is where we have been feeling the tension mounting.

Never clutch tightly at the past for it is a flower that already bloomed … showed you its beauty … and is now rotted away to become the soil for something new.

We cannot lose the lessons of life.
Moments are but a mist that will slip through the fingers and must be breathed out for the wind to carry it to other places.
Yes, those complicated feelings are sticky and swirl in the mind seeking a doorway to freedom.

Discomfort is a sign that we are unresolved and trying to put things in our life into places that will make this mortal walk make sense.

Old betrayal resurfaces … so just let the insecurities be loved, listened to, and soothed.
