1/13/2023 is the number 12.

1 + 1 + 3 + 2 + 0 + 2 + 3 = 12.
1 + 2 = 3

The Number 3 helps us to recognize that anytime you go higher than before, then there will always be a dip of some sort immediately after a high point or any peak experience. It is just how things go in a world of duality.

We want those moments when we transcend our old self. When they happen … they excite us beyond belief. But ego’s hate those moments because suddenly the ego is no longer in control.
And that can be dangerous to an ego.
At that point the mind can panic not knowing how to maintain that new level and it will unconsciously try to pull us down to a level that is familiar.

I find the more conscious one is … the faster the dip happens. These days, when something great happens, often within hours there is something that hits from the opposite side of reality.
These days, I just expect it. I don’t take the dips personally. It is just my ego letting me know that I need to stay realistic and to not get too full of myself.

The ups and downs will just naturally happen. Ride the waves of this duality and learn to laugh at the attachments that try to pull us one way or the other.
When we learn to enjoy both sides, we learn to embrace all that we are and not put meaning into the organic patterns that unfold in life.

The mind will always try to place meaning on events and circumstances but often it is just what continues to unfold as we explore this limited reality and learn to stretch who and what we believe … into new and expanded forms.
