The Number 5 likes the tried and true. It is all about the stability of a situation and how we respond rather than react. This number is an earth energy number. It operates with practical magic, and it likes the flows that keep us grounded in our body, noticing what it needs, and how we directly engage with the outer world.
This is the number that says, “Nature is talking to you but are you listening?”

Too often we get caught up in thinking and forget to notice that Mother Earth, animals, the wind, the storms, and the weather are trying to speak to us, help us, warn us, and remind us to fully be here now.

When this number is out of balance we become stubborn, resistant, and fearful.

One can always tell if another person is scared because they will stop dead in their tracks, refuse to move, they will become non-compliant with what the universe asks of them for their next steps, and they will withdraw from others and not want to be confronted with the truth.

The more stubbornly a person resists getting feedback from those that love and care for them … the more they will lose ground and not be able to learn or adapt to a rapidly changing world.

Stubbornness is a type of slow death because once you stop growing and stop allowing new truths to expand the mind and allow for the old to evolve and the new to be born, that type of contraction is a form of shutting down and shutting out life itself.

Today, stay open. Say, “Yes!” to the universe.

Instead of resisting, surrender your life into that greater flow. There are always more things to learn, places to see, and people that we can encounter that will help us grow. We are never too old and it is never too late to allow in insight and discovery into our world.
