Numerology for 3/13/2023

3/13/2023 is the number 14.

3 + 1 + 3 + 2 + 0 + 2 + 3 = 14.
1 + 4 = 5

The number 5 demands that we take care of ourselves first … today. I know that is hard for those that love to nurture others but there has been too much going out and not enough coming back in for a while.
That imbalance can take a toll on our own health if we are not careful.
Slow down, and find another path.
Take time to listen to what your own body needs. Rest. Sleep in. Read a book and let the story engross you completely.

Sometimes we need to escape our own mind. Sometimes we do not need others … we need the calming presence of our true self.

Know that what has transpired in your life was essential for the learning and growth that has happened.
Recognize when the energetic requests from the universe are beginning to wane and allow the respite that happens when there is nothing else that we can do … for now.

While some lessons are our own, others are also on a path that (too often) we cannot follow. But we can wave and say goodbye as our paths separate and we can have faith and belief in the journeys of others even when they are not ours at this time.
