Numerology/Astrology for 11/19/20

11/19/20 is the number = 7

Add the 1 + 1 + 1 + 9 + 2 + 0 + 2 + 0 and we get the number 16. 1 + 6 = 7.
The Number 7 calls once again to our discernment. This entire year has been about waking us up to the tremendous challenges that humanity is facing. And seeing how our inability to take action has been paralyzing progress and causing greater instability globally. This number shows us where we have fallen below the line of competence. That realization alone is quite a shock. Seeing the numbing effect of denial is something that is disturbing when you recognize that you have (at times) been a part of the “Cycle of Denial”. But we have to be disturbed enough to change and we are changing. And the progression moving forward after December 21st (with Saturn and Jupiter conjuncting at 0 degrees of Aquarius) is going to be intense and rapid. That is why a plan now is helpful. And creating structures that support this upcoming transformation will be helpful and calming.

Astrology Today

The Moon is in cautious Capricorn. Move responsibly until the Moon move mid-afternoon into Aquarius. The Aquarius Moon is giving us a taste of what is to come in December. It makes us fee more innovative and progressive. It helps you feel emotionally detached, when necessary. But it is all about justice and looking towards the future.

The Sun is semi-sextile Venus this evening and you want to be doing things that do not put you at odds with those you love. There is a bit of guilt and tension under the surface. It may be difficult to make a clearly defined choice.

Venus squares Saturn in the morning and you might feel a bit defensive and reactive. Take a look at what is driving that tension. Perhaps it is the fall season moving into the dark times of the winter but there is a lot of concern around the pandemic and the social issues of loneliness and isolation are rising more to the surface. Recognize that it is a time when the holidays are coming, do something for your neighbors and plan ahead. Dropping off cookies and goodies on front porches and then calling them to let them know is a wonderful surprise.

Be aware that many are tight financially but baking and crafts that celebrate the holidays would be perfect and bring a lot of light into their world.

It is raining, pouring here in northern California. Perfect for sitting by the fire and making plans for Thanksgiving dinner. I think it is time to think in more festive terms. I have never been one for decorating during the holidays because when I was a dancer we were always performing. Then when I was a massage therapist I worked up at the ski resorts and they also required you to work holidays. I got so used to it that the reality was that I had no time because I was working full time.

My parents were not big on the holidays either but this year I think I will break with habit and tradition in favor of celebratory traditions. We will see how it goes.
