I wish for today to not be a day of sorrow. But this is the reality for many right now. Either from the pandemic, deaths, loss of jobs and financial security, or perceived feelings that choose to surface right now.
The answer is to keep breathing in and out. Out and in.
Notice those traits of human nature that we really do not want to engage with. Such as those found in the lower chakras. Nature is violent and aggressive. Mankind is also aggressive and brings in distasteful tendencies. I am not sure how we can find the pathway towards integration and understanding. I know that a pathway is to give others the gift of permission to have their journey.

Mars is an aggressive planet and when it connects with the unpredictable planet of Uranus things can get highly reactive and intense. This position makes things happen.
