Numerology/Astrology for 12/10/18

12/10/18 is the number 6. When the number 6 shows up your spirit has arrived. It has woken up to the perfection of this moment and comes into reconciliation with your soul. All that takes it to be responsible for your choices and to choose to nurture life in all its forms. One form of life is not better than another. One way of living is not better than another. We are in a place in time where we must learn to see beyond ourselves because human selfishness and greed is killing life in other places. Sometimes I think that humanity has never risen above childish needs and wants. When you are still being a child you want something to be yours but do not take in the consequences of your actions. That leads to killing things for no reason other than to conquer that thing and pretend to establish your own power and dominance over that life form. We must learn to curtail such waste and allow all of life to live. To do that we have to step free of compulsive attachments to things and money and see other forms of life as objects rather than the unique forms of divine expression that they are.

Astrology Today

The Moon is in Capricorn until the evening at which point it travels through the rebellious and social sign of Aquarius. At the beginning of today the Capricorn Moon bounces off the energy of the Mercury-Chiron trine and allowing and extending the open-mindedness that has been happening.

Then the Aquarius Moon makes you look ahead to where you need to progressive and how to reinvent your world and life. You want to grow, and growth is less frightening now.

The mental world will continue to feel unsettled because of Mercury and Uranus heading towards a quincunx, which will be exact tomorrow.

Find, try, and decide are the themes today. Find that center, try some new things, and decide your next steps or path. After all, today, is a better day.

Quote

You dance with the divine
throughout your life.
That divine is not outside of you
but inside your very center.
That divine is the concept of freedom.
Everything here is living
and breathing life and death.
When you live life fully,
you give birth to things.
When your life is thwarted,
you experience death in your world.
Because life and death
are the nature and root of all things,
it is your opportunity to sit in the center
of that pendulum of life and death.
For that is the place you will find peace.

Make a list today of what you have “birthed” or created in your life. Take some time with it. You have been a life-long creator of more things than you know. Some people create children, homes, and families. Others create stories, concepts, or art. Regardless, all of your creations matter in the larger scope of your reality. Each creation is an exploration into the possibilities of life. Each creation is one that is rooted in your imagination and fed by the fires of your effort and passion. Each creation is nurtured into life with a type of support that allows for its growth. The beauty of creation is that there are moments that you are not aware that you are in a creating moment. You are just following a joy, pleasure, or a passion. But those energies live in the second chakra which is the seat of your creative self. If you cannot or will not address the blocks you carry from your ancestors and your own personal experiences to enjoying pleasure in this world you can never be fully fulfilled in your creative expressions in this life. Your creative self will not hold back and that is what frightens so many of us. Your creative self is an explosion of possibilities and even when you attempt to control that flow, the truth is that you cannot because “birthing” something is to give it its own life and sovereigncy. You must learn to let go and allow it to flow in the way that it figures out how to give its gift to the world. You do not own what you birth. You support that life in its development and hopefully guide it towards greatness.
