1/28/19 is the number 5. Today focus on what you need to do for your own health and well-being. Sometimes you have to take a turn. And that turn is so you can get back to your own center. It is human nature to over-extend. But what part takes the biggest hit is your body. You can only override your body for so long before you have to make adjustments. Everyone deserves a break. Knowing your body and knowing what you need to do to help it detox, hydrate and operate at the maximum, is important. We live in a world where the mind is favored over the body. But without the body you could not have this incredible experience you are having at the moment.
The Moon in Scorpio pushes a bit of drama into the mix. But it does make you want to get into something. The emotional pull is strong to a person or some connection that you seek out in the world. Knowing your power and then knowing how to express it to the depth that you are feeling is important.
Let your intuition be very resourceful and cooperative. Mercury and Venus want an environment that promotes awareness and a sensitivity to the words that are spoken.
Today’s mood is like a cloudy day, overcast, cool, but not unpleasant. This is a good day to mend some fences and come back to wha is really important. Don’t go overboard in your complementing. A look or a glance of approval is enough to make someone smile.
Attempting to express those things that are hard to define is important. Follow your guts not your mind.
“Life tears down
the invisible walls
our ego has created.”
Life is a process of uncovering who you are and what is important to you through trial, error, and your experiences. What I thought I wanted, did not always prove to be a sound choice or one that would give me what my heart needed to be fulfilled. In truth, life tears down the invisible walls your ego has created. Even when you most desperately wanted a circumstance or an outcome, that which does not belong to you, will never fit. It is part of the maturing process to streamline and simplify. When you are young, complicated and dramatic makes you feel alive. But as you mature, you notice that what works for you is often depth rather than surface excitement. I personally recognize that depth is something that I have learned to appreciate even more as I have aged. Flashy is no longer interesting. Surface people who care only about themselves even less so. What interests me is someone who plays no games, is able to flow with the moment, has less of an agenda and recognizes that connection comes in many forms. And a person that can recognize that those forms are not what my mind has created. You learn that magic comes not from control but from knowing how to flow and change organically with each precious moment.
