Numerology/Astrology for 1/6/15

Today we are in the number 15/6. The number six shows the connection of two triangles overlapping each other. The upward pointing masculine triangle merges with the downward pointing feminine triangle and a new energy of purity and spirituality emerges. This is why it is called the Arc Line or Arc of Purity. The Star of David represents the unification of heaven and earth; the union of the spiritual and physical worlds. As those two forces come together they create the space where God can come within you. The number six is considered one of the four perfect numbers (1+2+3=6). It illustrates the merging and surrender of our independent positions to a new and expanded connection to the divine. In the positive sense, the number six represents religions and unconditional love. It is the spiritually reclusive celibate who wants to do things in the correct way and connect to God. In the negative sense, the number six can be dogmatic, right/wrong oriented, rigid in its belief systems, and reclusive. The Moon ends its lengthy void period when it enters Cancer at 6:03 AM EST. The Moon then enters Leo, so be prepared to crave attention, admiration, and appreciation. Satisfaction will feel like it comes from making others happy, feeling on top of things, and positive feedback from others. While this is a generally “sunny”, positive influence, Leo’s ruler, the Sun, semi-squares Saturn today, and it can be difficult to really satisfy the ego. You may feel restricted, blocked, or limited by your circumstances. Gratitude isn’t likely forthcoming, but wasting time on it is also going to feel unproductive.

Women in your life can be a place of tremendous comfort and support. Do you let women deeply into your life? Do you allow yourself to be loved and supported? Women hold within a natural compassion and emotional understanding. They also tend to allow you to feel what you are feeling, express what you need to express, and do not intentionally try to cut you off from your deepest desires. That is because every woman has had all those feelings and experiences at some point in their life. When women surround themselves with other women, there is an exchange of power and knowledge that is learned by witnessing each other and watching the journey of another woman. I cannot tell you how many times I have heard a particular woman’s story about some difficult or challenging moment and when (sometimes years later) I have a similar experience instead of freaking out I actually become calm because I have a story that can lead me through this moment of darkness and that was that gift from another woman’s experience. I am amazed at how many times I have repeated that woman’s words exactly and how I could do it with confidence because I knew that the outcome of the story was one of empowerment and clarity. Today, ask a woman (any woman) about the times that where their greatest breakthroughs or most challenging moments. And then listen. I mean really listen. Listen with your whole body/mind. Give yourself the gifts of another woman’s experience and expression. You life will become more wonderful and magical because deep down inside we are all the same. We are just different flavors of similar characters all searching for self-awareness and understanding.
