Add the 1 + 6 + 2 + 0 + 2 + 2 = 13. 1 + 3 = 4.

The number 4 loves those feelings of organic balance and flow. This number is the communicator. That quality in us that needs and desires to find new and interesting ways to express what we are feeling to another.
We must learn skilled forms of communication. And such a thing … takes practice.

Having an ability to communicate in a way that allows others to really understand who we are and what we are trying to convey, takes energy, time, and effort.

Just as a child learns to communicate first with sounds, then words, then learns to spell and write full sentences, until one is finally able to read, write, and understand Shakespeare, we are all in a process to become more skillful in expressing our deepest emotional self.

In our world where we are collapsing into emoji’s and cryptic forms of communication that lack subtlety and creative skill, paying more attention to language and the appropriate use of language is critically important.
In other countries, foreign languages are taught in kindergarten and all the way through school as part of the normal curriculum.

In this country, we have spent decades abdicating our responsibility for teaching our children to understand other languages and cultures in skillful ways that allow us to broaden our minds and learn to appreciate the nuances of other civilizations through language.

An educated culture becomes successful and innovative. A culture that appreciates the subtlety of language artistically, metaphorically, and creatively is a world with less prejudice and bias.
Such a culture is inclusive … naturally, and allows for the richness that languages give. Such a world inspires rather than misinterprets, judges, or distorts.
That is a world that I want to belong to.

Astrology Today

The Pisces Moon tries to take things down a bit. We are not going to want too much pressure and will want to express things in sensitive ways. Perhaps a well-timed break or a nap is in order today.
There are a few challenging planets that want to allow for a day where relaxation is the key.
So, know that the restlessness can make us antsy.
This form of anxiety can make impulse control difficult. Know that certain decisions should be put off for a day or so.

While we may want certain things with others, we may feel the boundaries and impossible situations that will keep us from being able to show our true heart.
This causes conflict within and that can lead to confusion. While our intentions are good, others may feel pressured or blamed. It might be best to keep our own counsel for a bit and wait for a better moment when others are more open rather than on an edge and feeling overwhelmed.

I worked in the Opera/Ballet and was trying to break in.

Blog

I have cleared out the closets and sorted out all the old clothes. I have created space and emptied drawers. I have tried on clothes and felt into certain styles that are not reflecting my current energetic space.

It feels great to get my office back in order.

Now to the end of the year tax stuff to get it put together for the accountants and bookkeepers and to pull out all the files from 2021 and put in boxes for storage.

Welcoming in a new year means to review and reflect on what the past year was … but to also release it to the past and embrace who we are becoming now.

Change is essential to being our best.

Change is the process to let go of the rest.

Change is a fairy that has a sirens call.

Change is necessary for one and all.
