Looking towards a future where all living beings are given space and time to thrive helps me feel positive about our global future. It helps alleviate the trauma of this moment in history. I find a way, each day to connect to the life that is struggling to survive. I tap into the part of myself and my inner power animals from my shamanic studies and I send positive energy to the spirits of Nature and the elders of the forest to help in any way possible. What I know is that the powers of nature are stronger than the powers of man. And long after we are gone, nature will take back what we have destroyed.

I take this moment to express the gratitude for this amazing life. What a journey it has been. The moments of synchronicity and magic. The moments of great challenge and disappointment. The moments of extreme sadness. The moments when I just had to let it all go. There are so many moments that stand out and that show me how I am always being shifted and molded into what the universe intends for me rather than what my ego ever told me. That allows for a deeper surrender and trust in this life’s process. We can never see past the level of our past experiences. That is why the universe always seems to throw us a curve every once in a while. It is not designed to upset our stability but to show us that there is so much more than we could ever dream.
