Resistance makes something that takes a day …. Last forever. What is the point of that?

I learned a long time ago that when something comes into your reality, deal with it right then. Delaying things creates suffering in your core.

And then you feel bad about yourself and can give yourself an excuse to make up more bad stories about you.

What a waste of energy.

So much better to embrace the moment and keep going forward.

Life is always opening doors, but it is you that must walk through them.

You will not understand that at certain times the simplest door is crucial for your future success.
