Numerology/Astrology for 2/3/15

Today is the number 4. Staying neutral and choosing balance in times of conflict is always difficult. Between the Mercury Retrograde pulling the energy into a state of ungrounded chaos and the world situations being unsettling, the number 4 is a recommendation rather than what you should expect. The Moon is in Leo all day, reaching Full this evening. The Full Moon occurs at 6:09 PM EST, when the Leo Moon opposes the Aquarius Sun. A Full Moon is a time of culmination and the promise of fulfillment of that which was started at the New Moon. It is an emotional time, a time of romance, fertilization, and relationships. The Leo-Aquarius polarity deals with the balance between all that is personal (Leo) and all that is impersonal (Aquarius). This Full Moon urges you to strike a balance between romance and friendship and between expressing ourselves in personal and impersonal ways. With the Moon full and bright in the sky, symbolic “illumination” occurs in your life. However, these new feelings and revelations are emotional ones, as there is a sense of emotions bursting forth into your consciousness. This Full Moon is supported by Uranus, helping you break away from traditional ways of thinking and being and encouraging progress and growth.

If they breathe they live. If they live they feel. If they feel they love. If they love they are aware. If they are aware they have a soul.

~Anthony Douglas Williams~

I love that our world seems to be awakening to the fact that everything that is alive on this planet does have a soul. I believe that each species has an inherent gift to its life and a contribution to this world. It is time to learn to step outside of ourself and feel into the intense aliveness that surrounds us all the time. There are moments when I notice that I am still in unconscious behavior and I do not see something alive watching me or I do not notice the suffering of something that is in close proximity to me. I am always shocked when I realize of discover the lapse in my consciousness. When we are still we cannot help but become aware of so many subtle energies that are a part of daily life. Today, before you get into your car to go to work or the store, stop and notice the nature that is around you. Are there birds in the trees watching you? Are there spiders on the wall next to your car? Is there a scent in the breeze to let you know a plant is pollinating? The more complex your brain the more you can get lost in your own thoughts and loose touch with the depth of life. Slow down, listen, look, feel, smell, and become one with what is all around. Let it touch your heart and awaken you to the wonder that is this day and every day.
