Staying the course and being positive when it seems that you are being constantly bombarded by the chaos of destructive minds is a challenge. You know that you cannot swallow all the things that those voices want you to believe. You feel the darkness lurking in corners and catch a glimpse as it peeks its head out of the shadows. But also notice the angels walking past and keeping that darkness hiding in the shadows. You are both light and dark. You are fear and love. There are those that say that fear cannot exist in the space of love. But it exists right now within you. It is all about where you choose to focus. I remind everyone that it is always best to pay attention to the light and the dark, inside and outside. It is good to notice all things and choose constantly to be within the light but always noticing the dark. That way you are not surprised. I prefer awareness over comfort. I prefer truth over lies that reflect my biases and own wounding. I prefer to suffer the pain of awakening to the numbing comfort of my own distortions. Hiding from facts will never create a just and honest world.

The Moon continues in Gemini but moves into the comfort yearning, home, rest, and security sign of Cancer after lunch. You will notice that you need some relaxation. Now more than ever. You have been noticing for weeks the internal and external strains and can feel the sleep deprivation that has slowly creeped into your life. In such moments your coping skills seem to leave and you are short tempered, irritable, and wanting a break from everything. Up till that moment the Moon in Gemini will square Venus. Be careful where you put your passions. Know that problems in domestic issues will seem to arise and seem larger and more intense.

Mercury sextile Uranus in the morning also. You have a talent for making some interesting moves and changes. While you are quick in through and have an affinity for figuring things out. You will notice that you are deeply needing to go your own way and reject the traditional views of things. Conforming is not where you want to be at this moment.

The Moon (in Cancer sextile Uranus in Taurus, makes you want to put your shoulder to the wheel in some way. Your ambition desires change. Your determination wants to seek new ways that promote a greater and broader sense of security.

Blog

It is hard to become the person you want to be. It is hard to hold a line in a world of lies. It is exhausting to know the goodness that this world offers and watch it be destroyed. It is so sad to watch on television and in the movies the popularity of shows that express the hope and possibility of the human potential. Shows where humanity has finally overcome childish biases. Shows that show a world where humanity has managed to evolve past the aggressive reactiveness that have caused so much suffering, but then to walk out of that movie theater to  ….. this!

This hate that is exploding out of humanity right now is violent and toxic. Anger so old and ancient that now those carrying it are vomiting it out into the world.

It is no surprise to me that this hate has manifested as a virus. Hate is the virus that spreads in words and subtle touches. Hate is the very essence of a very alive essence that wants to proliferate and procreate as it destroys that very thing it needs to survive and thrive. It cares not what it destroys. It cares not who it takes out. It cares not for talent, the fullness of a life, money, or age. It chooses targets randomly. It is mindless, insidious, and careless. Awareness is only a part of a solution. But it is an essential part. We are all here to awaken. We are all here to risk everything in the journey of discovery. Some will win in small increments. Hopefully, those small pieces will align and create a map of wisdom that continues past this life and into others. May we all meet again, in another time and place and share the greatest insights and wisdoms gained from the many incarnations of this marvelous world. May we meet in a time where all have evolved to a place of respect and honor of each other. May we find a doorway into that illusive place called, peace.
