Get up! Move! Get that blood pumping and your breath expanding and oxygenating your body. It is easy to fall into lethargy and no movement. But today is a physical body day. Give your body what  it needs to be active and healthy. Exercise is a great de-stressor. And stress is a killer. The more active we can be around noticing the internal and external stresses then the better we can analyze and address the issues that are obviously stopping a deeper connection between your soul and your physical body.

The Moon is in Leo and it allows you to feel stronger and more in control. Of course, control is a total illusion but feeling a bit more confident is never a bad thing in times of crisis.

This Leo Moon is forming a lot of challenges to make you address the unresolved emotional needs that are within you and notice those in others. Circumstances are a bit complicated today.

The Moon in Leo trines Venus in Aries helping you find a way to adapt and be kind all at the same time. Not a small feat if you ask me. We need to care for others and avoid ridiculous arguments with others. There is enough going on without falling into petty squabbling.

The Moon square Uranus. This continues this bizarrely eccentric pattern where you notice within yourself a sort of “over the top” behavior in situations. Take a breath and pull back the irritable reactiveness. Don’t push too hard.
