Numerology/Astrology for 4/21/16

4/21/16 is the number 7. The number 7 reminds you that you are always connected to the collective consciousness. There is a deep desire to connect to your spiritual awareness, inner wisdom and psychic abilities. Thoughtfulness is the word of the day and it is a wonderful moment to do some sort of ritual to find the places of inner strength, peace, and individualism. It might be time to learn some technical skills and discover the mental clarity of discernment, determination, and knowledge. The Moon is in Libra much of the day, until 8:19 PM EDT, and there is continued focus on bringing more harmony to your life. One-to-one relationships are the focus. Negotiations and the coming to agreements may take center stage. The Moon enters Scorpio at 8:19 PM, and you are less interested in finding the middle road and more interested in discovering deeper truths. The Moon is heading towards Full, with a Full Moon in Scorpio occurring shortly into the day tomorrow. Emotions tend to heighten and new insights or discoveries are likely, particularly in your relationships. Pay attention to your money and the matters of power and attachment.

One of the great things that I learned early was about taking care of myself with consistent massage, acupuncture, yoga, exercise, herbs, and vitamins. I am always amazed when people say that they do not feel well but they do not do things to take care of themselves. In our busy lives everyone needs moments to relax, heal, regenerate, and find peace. I found if left to my own devices I would keep running around like a chicken with her head cut off but when I went to get a massage, I stopped. When I went to the acupuncturist, I stopped. And it did not take a long time of stopping to get the benefit from it. Calculated pauses were just enough to give the body what it needed to recharge and find its center again. Eating properly was again, a problem in our busy world so I learned that supplements and vitamins really helped when you were in a rush. I learned this early from a wonderful endocrinologist when I was about 22 in Utah. I had just moved to Utah from Berlin and that was a long story of stress that I will not go into here, but suffice it to say that I walked into another stress pattern in Utah and my health had been compromised from the last year of working in Berlin so I was not 100% which is never what you want to feel when you walk into a new job and a new company. I just did not feel great so I went to the doctor. After running a lot of tests he said to me, “Everything on your blood work looks good so why don’t you tell me what is going on?” Up until that moment I did not know that anything was wrong. But when he said it that way, I burst into tears and spilled out all the stress that had happened in the last year to get to Utah. He kindly said to me, “You are suffering from stress!” I looked at him and said, “I can’t possibly be suffering from stress I am only 22 years old!” At which point he laughed and said that stress had nothing to do with age. And he was right. I was a total stress case and I was stretched to the limit inside and outside. It was in that moment that I realized that I had to let things go and recognize that I needed to really give my body what it needed to stay flexible under these circumstances. Life will always throw more at you, how you respond to it is what you need to learn as a pattern of grace and ease.
