Numerology/Astrology for 4/28/17
4/28/17 is the number 6. This is a number of grace and simplicity. It is when you realize that “stuff” is not going to make you happy that you finally look on a deeper level inward. It is when you recognize what you need in order to be happy is not “out” there but within the places of tolerance and truth that you find peace and recognize how little you actually need to be happy. There is a tricky line between acceptance and being weak-willed and submissive in the face of those who are intimidating and those who cause you to collapse in fear and insecurity. So, check to see if you are being graceful or fearful in your actions and choices.
Venus began its transit of Aries on February 3rd. However, it turned retrograde in early March and then retreated into Pisces at the beginning of April. Venus re-enters Aries today and will continue its transit of the sign until June 6th. Until May 16th, Venus continues to transit the degrees of the sign that it covered while retrograde (its shadow period). Venus in Aries is positive, enthusiastic, and forthright. You are bold, spontaneous, and a little impatient when it comes to matters of the heart. You are not interested in saying you are sorry or dwelling on past events. Venus in Aries is direct and assertive with an innocent or upfront charm. There can be a great love of all that is new, fresh, and unexplored, particularly related to love, money, and pleasure. Retrograde Mercury and Uranus align in Aries today, and you might revisit conversations, ideas, or projects from the last month. You should watch for hasty decisions, conclusions, and statements. You can have a hard time keeping your attention on ordinary, monotonous, or routine matters, and can make some big omissions as a result. However, this is a powerful time for new insights into old problems. The Moon is in Gemini all day — another influence that keeps your mind in motion. It may not be easy to concentrate today, but it can be a fine time for picking up interesting information.
We all have two fates.
One is the result of whatever mess
you were born into,
and one is the result of deciding
that’s just not fucking good enough.
Questions that direct you towards Enlightened Awareness.
What are you willing to take?
Where are you ready to stand up?
What is your personal line in the sand?
When are you unwilling to bend anymore?
What is true?
What causes harm and suffering?
What helps others who are suffering?
Do you know who you are in a time of crisis?
Do you like who you become?
When you know the answers to these questions then you know who you are and what you are about. If you do not know those answers you are still undefined and moldable by others to form into a position or posture that can be manipulated.
You cannot become enlightened when you are not standing as your unique and individual self.
Enlightenment is not about fitting in.
It is about knowing what is right and wrong.
Knowing what harms and what helps.
And having a clear objective awareness to see it all
and to know how to respond properly
to not add to your karmic debt.
