When you are in a new place your ego mind freaks out because your ego is no longer in charge. That is a very good thing even though it is very uncomfortable. Learn to sit in discomfort. Learn to breath into the discomfort. Learn that you are okay as you lean into uncharted territories. Comfort is complacent even though things that are familiar are what so many of us seek. You can be in comfort for moments to catch your breath and regroup but it is when you are willing to lean into your edges and the places of discomfort that you discover the nature of your true self.
