Today is the number 6. So take this moment to get quiet and to go within. Look inside to the hidden potential of this present situation in which you find yourself. What is old must be let go of and what is new is trying to be born. Though it is not the time for that birth you know it is happening just as a woman knows she is pregnant. You also are in a very fertile creative state right now and your mind is seeking the unlimited possibilities that could manifest. Take in all the information and allow it time to be sifted, sorted, analyzed, and examined. The best course will present itself. But all great moments of expansion require you to be patient and with Mars going into Gemini that may not be the easiest thing to do but it will be fertile ground for ideas and putting all the pieces together. This morning, the Last Quarter Moon is exact, when the Sun in Taurus squares the Moon in Aquarius. The Last Quarter Moon phase points to some sort of crisis of consciousness. After basking in the awareness symbolized by the full light of the Moon at the time of last week’s Full Moon, you disperse your knowledge and come to a point when you need to sort out what works best and what doesn’t. You are in preparation for next week’s New Moon, when something new is born once again. This is not the best time to start a major project, as the decreasing light of the Moon symbolizes a descent into unconsciousness. It’s time to begin finishing up the details of that which was conceived at the last New Moon on April 18th. The Sun sextiles Chiron today, creating the right energy for opportunities to find a sense of purpose or a “mission”, and increasing your confidence. The desire to learn and grow through experiences and through others is strong. Problem solving is favored. Mars enters Gemini today, where it will transit until June 24th. In Gemini, Mars is versatile and flexible, and not very determined or focused. You may want to diversify your interests, but you should watch for becoming too scattered and ineffective. The Moon leaves Aquarius and enters Pisces at 10:54 PM EDT.

Your thoughts create your reality. How many times have each of us heard that. And in this moment the power of that statement cannot be overruled. Carefully examine all the pieces and conversations that are running in your head. Allow them in and give those voices a feeling of being heard and recognized. Just remember that fear is just a passing feeling and projection is not helpful. Take a look in the mirror of all your projections and own the reflections as those hidden archetypes that have sabotaged you again and again. Listen to what is needed from them and always what is being called upon to do is to love them and receive the information that they share. Sometimes you cannot change the reality to fit what that archetype wants and needs but you can receive them fully. In that way, everything becomes love and through acceptance all things heal.
