Today is the number 8. We made it to August! Yea! We are in the time of Leo and the Sun is warm and you can feel the hint of a big shift in the air. So much is changing in the stars and this is a day to reflect on the upcoming change and grieve that the past is past and it is time to let go and allow for a shift to happen. Yes, I know that you want things to remain the same but they are not going to. You need to wrap your mind around the fact that it is time to enjoy the past reality that has been your life and allow for a new pattern to show you that life is not over, it is just shifting to reflect the new reality that is becoming your world. So today you might shed a few tears, so let it out and let them flow. It will be okay. This moment is not a failure. It is just another ego death that will allow you to evolve into your next best self. The Sun forms a quincunx with Neptune this afternoon, and it can be difficult to concentrate and to formulate clear goals just now. Misconceptions abound. Fear of being ineffective can undermine your confidence when it comes to making clear or definite decisions, and for doing new things. However, with Saturn coming to a station, reality is setting in! Saturn is approaching its direct station after retrograde motion since March 14th, exact late tonight/early tomorrow. Your responsibilities and perhaps your limitations are magnified now. Over the coming weeks, your long-term goals and plans become clearer. You have a clearer sense of what needs to be done. The Moon transits Aquarius today until 6:37 PM EDT, when it enters Pisces.

This is that moment when you have to feel into the flow and surrender to the unknown future. Always remember that the universe has never let you fall through the floor yet, so why would it start now. I know what lies ahead is going to be difficult and it is not what you want to deal with. But none-the-less, here it is and you are at a critical choice point. Going back is not an option. Your only choice is to actively, consciously, safely, and constructively go forward. Embrace this next adventure. Your attitude and enthusiasm will make it enjoyable or not. Your thoughts affect the reality in big ways. Remain alert and aware of the parts inside that want to complain, whine, and enroll others in your upset. Never feed a negative fire because that is only make it grow and last longer. Instead feed the excitement and the infinite possibilities that are unfolding. Life was never designed to be boring or consistent. Adaptability and change are essential for your next level of understanding and growth.
