Numerology/Astrology for 8/17/20
8/17/20 is the number 2.
If you add the 8 + 1 + + 7 + 2 + 0 + 2 + 0 = 20.
2 + 0 = 2.
It would be wise to watch the mind but to not give it more energy that it deserves. The mind will want to take you down a rabbit hole of fear but don’t let it. The negativity is intense in the world. It continues to grow and certain people continue to do things that aggressively feed it. While I know that many things are going to be with us for a very long time. We can do things right now that will help make the turns that are going to be essential to creating a better world. Pace yourself. It is going to be a very long rest of the year.

Astrology Today
Monday is the dark before the New Moon which is normally a quiet time; but because Sun aligns with energetic Mercury and you are going to find yourself moving quickly from project to the next one. This is an opportunity to take another look at those goals and move into places where self-expression and courage are on the surface and you are willing to move with their impulses. Place yourself in a place where you can receive a spiritual inspiration, an insight, or a perspective that will help you moving forward.
The Moon finishes up in Cancer and goes into Leo while you are deeply asleep in the middle of the night. It is a day to be bold and courageous. Take that passion and move yourself into a new and exciting place.

In moments of reflection, I ponder the fate that humanity is facing.
In moments of wonder, I am in deep gratitude for the childhood and safety I experienced.
In moments of calmness, I recognize that most of my life I have not felt calm.
In moments of inspiration, I am thankful for the many teachers, healers, gurus, and facilitators that have given me the tools and insights to grow and evolve.
In moments of truth, I can feel that much of the remainder of my life is to live a life that aligns with universal laws.
As you recognize that you are past the midpoint of this life you appreciate and respect the events and challenges that have shaped you and connected you to others.
