Numerology/Astrology for 8/20/18

8/20/18 is the number 3. The number 3 asks you to celebrate the moment of clarity when you recognize that your path is yours and yours alone. You cannot take others on certain parts of your journey. You cannot be responsible for everyone, nor their choices that take them down paths that you cannot follow. There is a place where you can celebrate that freedom because you know and recognize yourself and honor yourself first. It is a strong positive feeling when you step free from the constraints and rules that others place upon you.

Astrology Today

With the Moon in Sagittarius, keep seeking to expand your awareness. New pathways present because the old ones are clearly not working. As you feel restless find the courage to move spontaneously in active ways.

The past goals are no longer a part of the evolving plan. That indecision you are feeling, is real and there for a reason. That indecision tells you that you are not on the right path for you. Relationship and connection are all that matters. Everything else is a distraction from the truth of the value of life and what you are really here learning.

It is essential to take a calculated pause today so that you can make the necessary adjustments. Where you are at, is potentially at odds with others emotionally. This is not a day to make points in the public arena. Yet you have to make a decision for you and you alone. What is right for you is essential to finding that illusive path that never quite presents.

There is a serious tone today that can make you feel stiff in your self-expression. You are going to have to make emotional sacrifices in order to get things done. Committing to things keeps coming up and you are going to recognize that you are not as fully committed as you have allowed yourself to believe. You are falling way short of the mark. You know it so what you are going to do about it?

What you feel is not aligned with your logic. And yet that may be the path. What other people are doing is not a reflection on your intention but their path that they must follow. That does not mean that you have to follow their path or their karmic journey. In fact, there are multiple messages that you are to again follow your own and your own heart. Step back. Step away. And wait on the doors to open that are specifically for you.

Do not waste time with those that do not honor your unique gifts given so freely and without attachment. Do not be afraid. Let go. Let others go as their path does not align with yours. There are moments when paths diverge. This is that moment.

What has happened to commitment?
While my level of commitment might be a bit much for some,
I do think everyone needs to have some drive or enthusiasm about growth and change.
But right now, I see a world that lacks follow through and conviction to do the right thing.
And that was what this country was based on.
Being the hard-working American with calloused hands and dirty blue jeans that made it in the world by his own cunning, determination, and sheer effort was what made this country great.
Now, I know that over time there is a type of selfish expectation and entitlement that happens as the generations progress.
That does not seem to fit this younger generation.
In fact, they seem to be the moral compass for a few generations that have fallen into a place of illusion.
I am grateful for that younger generation that seems to know that the fate of this world is in their young, idealistic, inexperienced hands.
Somehow in their core there is no confusion on what is right or wrong.
They recognize insanity, delusion, and distortion when they see it.
I am grateful that the wise ones have incarnated at this most crucial of times.
