8/7/17 is the number 7. There are always strategies that need to be objectively looked at in order to move forward in a manner that allows for optimum growth and clarity. Thinking things through helps to see possible problems that may crop up while you attempt to make big energetic shifts. You are being asked to be prepared for what is to come. What that is, is anyone’s guess at this point. But it is clear that being prepared is not going to do you any harm. You can be awake, aware, prepared and hopeful without being naïve. That is the line you have to cross this month. For some of you it is a personal line and for others it is encompassing a bigger reality. And know that some bleed from one place into another. No matter what there is great change building from this moment forward as we move towards the solar eclipse on Aug 21. Presence is the key to appropriate choice and movement. When you bring yourself fully into this place and time your choices will be more congruent and well thought through.
The Full Moon on August 7th is a partial lunar eclipse visible over Asia, the Middle East, and eastern Africa. It is common to see regions under an eclipse in the news. It occurs at 16 degrees Aquarius and Leo at 11:11 AM Pacific Time. Aquarius asks you to open your mind to higher ideals and not get lost in the chaos of an emotionally reactive world. The Sun and Mars are aligned in Leo which is not so good for fire season and people with anger issues. Lunar eclipses tend to pull you apart so you can go beyond rigid thought patterns. Lunar eclipses make us reflect backward on our choices and decisions from the past and how those decisions got us to where we are now.  Our emotions are heightened, and there is often some drama involved with the house, sign, and any contacted planets activated by the eclipse. The areas of life activated by the eclipse may see dramatic turns, after which the path is clear to move forward. Something comes to light now, and if you get in touch with your emotions, you will have a better idea of what needs to change, or what needs to go. Epiphanies are likely and can propel you into action. However, today the atmosphere is highly charged, and it may be difficult to maintain objectivity. The Moon’s trine to Jupiter this afternoon and sextile to Saturn early tomorrow helps connect you with the right people and resources.

And we are off to the races. What race is anyone’s guess. I think it might have to do with your interests and positions on issues. What is clear is that there are more issues than one person can navigate and there are plenty of issues to go around. So, notice what is up in your sphere of existence and handle each thing as it comes up, one at a time. Don’t avoid any pattern or anything that the universe puts on your plate. If you systematically put one foot in front of the other you will discover a pathway through the jungle of your reality. No there is no clearcut path. You are going to have to make that path for yourself. Don’t expect anyone to follow you either because they are also cutting their own way through their karmic patterns of suffering and expansion. Know that with each challenge handled and put in place, the more integrity and power you generate from the release of old habits and beliefs. You are all presently in uncharted waters and none of us know what is beyond the next bend but when you choose to keep stepping forward in one clear direction you will eventually pop out of the karmic jungle and find yourself in a new place of power and integrity.
