Poem – Croatia’s Blue Cave

In Croatia’s embrace, where azure waves doth kiss,

Lies a hidden treasure, the Blue Cave’s gentle bliss,

Carved by tides and time within a mountain’s hold,

A sanctuary for weary hearts, a story to be told.

A passage to serenity, a journey to the deep,

Where whispers of the sea, their secrets softly keep,

Through rocky gates we sail, as daylight fades away,

Into a world of wonder, where the sun’s enchanting ray.

The limestone sands, as pure as driven snow,

Capture every sunbeam, in a radiant, soft glow,

Reflecting light on walls, a cerulean dance begins,

A symphony of azure, where the soul within us spins.

Inside this sapphire gem, time starts to slow,

As tranquil waters whisper, in their eternal ebb and flow,

A haven for the heart, where worries gently cease,

Permission to be present, in a tranquil state of peace.

Here, life’s tempo matches the rhythm of the sea,

In harmony with nature, our spirits find glee,

Among those who’ve chosen to embrace the ocean’s call,

A way of life where time surrenders, and cares do fall.

In the company of kindred souls who understand,

The beauty of simplicity, upon this timeless land,

In the Blue Cave of Croatia, we find a path to grace,

A place to let go, release, and find a slower pace.

So, let the tides and waves guide you through the door,

To a world of boundless beauty, where worries are no more,

In this blue sapphire sanctuary, let your soul take flight,

And discover in the stillness, a more tranquil, gentle light.
