There are moments we need to cut loose.

There are parts that get tired of being the caboose.
Yesterday, my silly side came out.

She escaped the confines and made a breakout.
She danced around and did not care.

If anyone saw or if the world would stare.

My husband smiled because he knows how I am.

I am sure in those moments he wants a video cam.
There is nothing more fun than for the dancer inside.

To grab the music and refuse to hide.

She loves to move because it feels so alive.

To her … movement is the only way to survive.

In a world that is filled with too much hate.

That is why instead she decided to dance out to the gate.
She refuses to listen to those lost within their mind.

She knows that toxic thoughts lead to all hate-filled crime.
That is why she cultivates as much joy as she can.

She recognizes that this is the path of a wise wo-man.
Don’t forget to dance and feel into the flow.

Allow the mind to release and let go.

Let the body surrender into life itself.

And put all anger (for a moment) on the shelf.

There is a feeling when my feet touch the floor.

There is a feeling as I remember all things I adore.

I love the freedom when my body flies in the air.

I love the feeling as I run up the stair.

Dance … is all movement as it is made conscious in time.

Becoming aware of those things subtle and sublime.

Make all moves … delicious to express and taste.
Slowing down allows one to move with more grace.
Too often … we rush around.

Too often … we forget to bound.

Jump up in life and express carefree joy.

It may make some laugh and make others annoyed.

But when one is filled with authentic goodwill.

Life responds with its own leaps and thrills.

Animals know how to cut loose and let go.

Animals know how to let happiness show.

Find those things that give you great joy.

And don’t live a life like an altar boy.
Let the seriousness of life fall away.

And discover those parts that know how to play.
