We are in McKinleyville, CA for our next grand adventure towards the dreams of my friend finding a place to expand into a new and wonderful life. We stopped by Ferndale, CA yesterday as we came in and I scored big time in the shopping for the holidays.
I found the cutest store that had things that that were antiques and very difficult to find. They will be a perfect surprise for my sister for the holidays. They are something she adores and always keeps an eye out for. And I stumbled upon a stash of the most unique assortment of them, and I can’t wait to see her face when she opens them for Christmas and her birthday.

We also stopped along the way to see the Founders Tree and my friend fully felt that energy and peacefulness of this area, the land, the abundance of water, the loamy soil, and the ancient wisdom here in northern California. She recognized the specialness of that moment, and it opened up her breath and allowed that beautiful heart within her chest to expand in a magical way.

There are certain things that my soul gets and knows. And when I know it … I cannot ignore those powerful and passionate pushes from the universe.
Her coming here was one of them. I knew it all the way to my toes that something about this place was a necessary step for her to expand into what was her next precious moment.
I try to listen to those promptings, and I don’t push them away.

When we learn to listen from our heart rather than our head, that is when magic can happen and we discover what might be possible if we have the courage to embrace change and allow ourselves to open and unfold from our protective cocoon.

There is great power in embracing safety that is outside our comfort zones.
There is a beautiful life is we are willing to let the control go and discover that the control patterns in life were an attempt to hide the fears we feel.
A greater life is just beyond the walls of fear.
The best parts of ourselves are hidden from us until we are ready to step into what we could be.
