Quote
Love the moment and love the bizarre.
Love the challenges that define who we are.
Embrace the power that is within that light.
Allow your heart to be very big and bright.
Recognize attachments in all their forms.
Do not allow restrictions to become the norm.
Leave those places where fear stopped flow.
Just open inside and allow yourself to go.

Whew, I slept 11 hours the other night. It has been a whirlwind since August in my reality.
My body decided that rest was essential at this point.
The last few months have been very good, but busy and full. Moments such as; preparing for my Ireland trip, coming back and having house guests and an excuse to show off northern California. Seeing friends, seeing family, having family celebrations, dealing with multiple family members and family friends dying. Then feeling compelled to channel their voices to those they loved and needed completion with.
It has been a very full few months and a cycle that I won’t quickly forget.
I look to the fact that my mother is 86 and beginning to show signs of the aging process that all of us will go through. And while she is still doing amazing, and those shots for strengthening her bones are seriously a game-changer, she is falling more and that is always a sign that we have begun that slippery slope towards her leaving. Though I am not expecting anything right now as her genetics are strong until their 90’s.
At least, we have many things in place to help protect her. We have a stair chair, so she does not have to go up and down the stairs when she is tired.
I know that life will do what it always does and throw a few more curve balls at us before we are done.
Such moments cannot be avoided for any of us.
While life is continuously bringing forth new souls to experience this world, life also takes away those that have finished up the lessons of this incarnation so that they can “go home”, rethink a few things, and create a new plan for excursions into this density.
I wish for everyone a great holiday season and one that will bring appreciation to all those that support us in this journey.
