Who are you? Do you really know?

Do you remember the beginning when there was such a powerful flow?
In the chaos of creation and your form.

Your energy coalesced and decided to be born.

Born into this particular place and time.

Born into your own personal nursery rhyme.

We started small and continued to build.

We found the motivation to climb many hills.

We danced with stars and made music as we moved.

We painted skies and made choices that others disapproved.

And all the while we reached for certain heights.

We learned to specialize and practiced things with all our might.
And we had moments where we transcended this form.

Something came out of our soul and was finally born.

Now it is up to us to nurture that light.

Then allow more things to inspire and excite.

Many walk the path, but few will find the door.

The one that knows that with effort there is so much more.

Celebrate the times and listen to the space.

Do not live this life, as if it were a race.

Take the time and wander around.

Look for the secrets of animals underground.

Listen to the wind … sing to the land.

Feel the waves of the ocean as you stand on the sand.

We are here for a short time, and we seek what will allow us to find joy.

That is not going to be more things or more mechanical toys.

It is those things that sit in the quiet that reveal so much.

The soft lips of a lover and the eyes that seem to touch.

When we are vulnerable and open for others to see.

There is no finer moment to be in a human body.

Care for each other while there is still time.

Love more than you could fathom in one lifetime.

When we relish in the beauty of a moment or a work of art.

We build more energy for us to open our heart.

That is the only game that has value in this world.

And that is how the love we have inside … can be expanded and uncurled.
