The color yellow waves through my mind.

The sky above is so blue … it seems so kind.

Why cannot man be joyous and sincere?

Why do so many use hate and fear?

To destroy the lives that others have built.

And want to drive a knife up to the hilt?

Into the creative expressions that have taken so much time.

And turn things of beauty into dirt and grime.
It is something that I can never understand.
That the lives of others must bend to one person’s demand.

This world will find peace when there is a unified, “No!”
And those that have such desires are not allowed to go.

Any further and spread their darkness and hate.

And such souls are shown that to make something great.

We must work together in peace rather than despair.

And we must truly listen to others and finally care.

Blog

There once was a bear that was angry and hurt.

He did not care and refused to divert.

In any direction that was reasonable.
He decided to continue actions that were treasonable.

There were others around that tried to warn.
But their actions were met with distaste and scorn.

He was doing this to take his anger out.

On anyone he believed would not cause a fallout.

But he was mistaken that others would not care.

The world seemed to not notice that he was a big bear.

Those that should be afraid, stood their ground.

Others joined in and a country became a battleground.

No matter how big and bad one bear can be.

That does not give him the right to have a killing spree.

We must refuse to let bullies rule the show.

We would only create a world were none could go.
