Yesterday, I wrapped a tree.

In yellow and blue to support the memory.

Of all those that are in and from Ukraine.

Trying to start over when country and family have been slain.

Everything is new to them and their memories of the past.

Haunt them as they keep going … as an outcast.

Cast away from the land that they love.

While in their heart is a mourning dove.

One horrible man took everything away.

The shock and horror are beyond dismay.

It is a crime that one man can be such a cad.

It is beyond hateful and beyond sad.

Such a soul should not be allowed to reign.

But he will never have the hearts or souls of Ukraine.

Let the Russian people know that they have been deceived.

By a man whose ego made a plan ill-conceived.
He will not stop no matter the strain.

He will not relent … even when he cannot seem to gain.

All the while thousands of Russians die.

As Ukrainian’s continue to give their enemy a black eye.

It is so sad because those soldiers do not know.

That what they are doing is going to show.

That they are an instrument of horrific trauma and pain.

They will never be able to look at themselves the same again.
In their eyes a monster will appear.

One that took control from their unbridled fear.
They believed the lie that they were told.

They consumed the poison that they were sold.

And now because they do not have the courage to oppose.

An evil emperor who wears no clothes.
They will carry the karma throughout all dimensions and times.

Because of one man’s ego and his endless crimes.
