Quote

Can this world ever find peace?
Only if we can get greed to cease.

Some want what others have.

And that makes me very sad.

Why can we not learn that with sharing comes delight.

And that the choices of war only manifest fright.

One of the ways we learn to work on ourselves, is to help others.

Living in this bubble reality of the pandemic has been hard on everyone. Now, with so much shifting … in such a dramatic way, we have to come together.
What helps all of us not fall into despair and depression is our ability to give to others in meaningful ways.

At this moment in time, there are so many ways to give and so much help is needed on almost every level.

Surely each person can find something that touches our hearts in a way that compels us to share and care.

In a world with so much to do.

We have to look at all things with eyes brand new.

We need to open our hearts and minds

Into those places where together we can mastermind.

Something good and something that can make a change.

It is for us to learn a new mindset that expands our range.

I have tried to look past the faults that some do hold.

And I have tried to observe and not to scold.

But without a way to tell it like it is.

We cannot come up with good analyses.

We need to think before we act.

We need to remember that people are being attacked.

Not because of anything they did.

Just because those with greed decided to outbid.

The needs of the many … in favor of a few.

And that is how everything got so askew.
I am done with those that have so little soul.

That they demand that they get to have the whole.

I refuse to let bullies win.
And too many are not willing to take it on the chin.

Haters have forgotten how to love.

They have killed that peaceful dove.

That used to live inside them … frozen in fear.

And they now live … refusing to let … anyone near.
