Too many years lie behind me at this time.

The memory of smiles linger in the sublime.

Ahead of me a shorter journey awaits.

It leads to this life’s end point and a final gate.

I am not worried, and I am not afraid.

I have danced through this life, and I would not trade.

Any moment, even when the outcome did not seem to align.

With the dreams of wonder that my soul did pine.

We are moving at a fast pace towards a pivotal unknown.

While the ideals of youth have matured and flown.

There are many things that seem to be on the agenda still.

I am not yet, quite … over the hill.

But I know that the time that I have left needs to be enjoyed.

I prefer to not use this time being paranoid.

We might as well give all we can.

Leave as much wisdom and at least a game plan.

For those that wish to still find a way.

And use this human experience as a causeway.

For others to find their way through this complex maze.

And find within the parts that are beautiful and that amaze.

I am back home, and Coco (the stray Calico Cat) is a bliss bunny. She can’t stop letting me pet her. She is obsessed.

Seems I was missed for the 5 days I was on the road. Even though my husband fed her each morning. She still does not trust him completely.

It is nice to be back in my own bed and move with my own routine.
While the journey was wonderful, I am glad to be back in my own familiar territory.

I hope everyone had a great holiday and are relishing the memories and the connections that will remain … even after many years.

Look ahead and cast a thread into the future.

Know that behind we are no longer there and those memories while a history of who and where we have been, do not completely define us. Nor do they need to restrict us. What is past is past. What is ahead is unknown but the more we put our energy into this moment the more we will have a clearer focus for our personal journey.

There are many moments in the now that could become special and worth a great deal to our soul’s conscious expansion.
Feel into this perfect flow and be grateful for a full stomach, a warm place to lay our head, and those that walk the path with us.

Keep this moment simple.

It is more beautiful that way.
