Suzanne’s Personal Quote and Blog for 8/2/2022
Quote
Within my mind are infinite worlds.
Constantly flashing and unfolding their curls.
I live in the past from ancient to current.
I dance in dimensions that are not concurrent.
I am connected to an unlimited source.
It constantly shows me how to change my course.
I am grateful to know that I exist beyond this time.
I am even now a sailor navigating a maritime.
You too are a soul that exists in many dimensions of space.
You can connect to them through rhyme and grace.
All you have to do it feel into the truth that lies deep within.
That is where it all starts, and all lifetimes begin.

My friend Kim arrived yesterday after a two-day drive to get here.
After driving and working in two states since 1998 till 2020, I know that drive all too well.
I love to drive, and I love the expansiveness of the United States. This country is so beautiful and there are endless vast and open spaces that continue to exist and that remain wild, desolate, and seemingly untouched.
When she arrived, I had salmon ready, fresh steamed kale from the garden, and our first lemon cucumbers for a salad with fresh figs, and mandarin orange juice for the dressing.
She was in heaven!
Good food can be simple, clean, and healthy.
We are off to Orr Hot Springs today for the afternoon, a perfect beginning to being in the flow of the California lifestyle.
I have her set up in the cabin and she loves the space, the small kitchen with hot and cold running water, stove and oven, pantry, and king-sized bed.
She has not been here for many years and we have completely redone the cabin from stem to stern. Foundation is new, insulated floors, new paint, completely new kitchen and countertops. And the bathroom that was an old outhouse is now a full bathroom. It is so cute!
I love being able to share spaces with those that I love and have known for years.
This land is very healing and gives back in so many ways.
I think everyone needs to get away and just rest. I told her to sleep in and to enjoy the silence.
Later on, I will show her the meditation tree.
On Wednesday we are going to the coast to ride bikes along the coastal trail and to go to MacKerricher State Park to see the seals and perhaps some whales.
The weather has cooled off and that is very helpful. I hope it stays that way.
Wishing everyone a wonderful week.
